Before installation:
- Any defects in the product must be reported to the company before installation; otherwise, the company holds no responsibility for the installed brick facade.
- If you are not satisfied with the product quality, replacement is subject to an inspection by the company’s representative and the absence of any visible damage to the cartons and products stored in the customer’s warehouse.
- Refractory brick cartons should be stored in a covered and dry environment, and any exposure to moisture or wetting of the cartons and the products inside must be strictly avoided.
During installation:
- Bricks should be installed dry.
- Pointing should be done with a paste joint, ensuring no contact with the surface of the refractory brick facade.
- Avoid contamination of the refractory brick surface with mortar and adhesive.
- For installing light-colored refractory bricks, use thick mortar, concrete adhesive, and white cement.
After installation:
- Any post-installation procedures, such as washing, nano-coating, etc., must be coordinated with the company; otherwise, the company will not be responsible for any changes in the product’s appearance.
- To clean the surface of the refractory brick facade during and after installation, do not use burlap, cloth, acidic substances, or similar materials.
